Just a quick note to let you know my sleep has improved. I have been falling asleep immediately – a couple of times I woke up this week after 4 hours of sleep and then after an hour or two was able to sleep for several more hours. The difference in most nights is that I wake up but feel so groggy that I can barely open my eyes and then I drift back to sleep for hours. Last night I slept 9 hours – waking 2 or 3 times but quickly falling back to sleep.
Happy to report that my appetite has certainly decreased and my will power has definitely increased. I certainly enjoyed my first session with you.
“Had another session with Kevin on March 28, 2010. The change in my body following this session was remarkable! For years I had been walking stooped over: shoulders curled forward, back rounded, ribs jammed into my tummy, toes curled under, and feet painful to walk on. After the session, my body felt totally different: shoulders resumed their proper position, back straightened up, ribs rose and no longer pressured my abdomen, toes straightened out, feet felt solidly on the ground-no longer painful to walk on. Blessed relief. I did a little dance and swaggered about. Thank you, Kev.
It is now April 2nd, five days later and I still walk upright. Praise the Lord!!”

“I visited hypnotist Kevin O’Kane with a small degree of skepticism. While I understood the long history of the practice and its value I still thought of it as mysterious and maybe oversold. Kevin has a good manner of helping patients figure out what they want to accomplish and then explains the simple steps to getting there, it felt like a collaborative process in which I was the one directing the work.
I had never been in hypnosis and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was very interested in the process. I was surprised that at every moment I knew that Kevin was assisting me rather than controlling or manipulating me. My thoughts remained rationale and focused and Kevin played the role of eliminating outside distractions and permitting me the security and freedom to let go and really delve deep into my own thoughts and feelings and to some extent my creative imagination. In each session I was able to explore some ideas and actually reach some resolution or insight that I could apply.
I started slowly, asking for help to stop the 60 year long habit of nail-biting. After the first session I was finding it easy to stop and by the third session we moved on to a more difficult problem – self-motivation and discovery of what I want to do with the rest of my working life. It felt like baby-steps, yet in each session I went further and further into my doubts and barriers and saw new ways of thinking about my future. After a half dozen sessions I had resolved several ideas, made a major change in my situation and embarked on a new path. I have to admit to being energized and excited about my work for the first time in years. It’s been three months since my last visit and I’m moving along enjoying my work and my life.
I did all of this on my own, Kevin provided some guidance and careful questions but never once had me do anything or go anywhere that I wasn’t completely ready to go. I was most impressed. I’ve thought of a couple other issues I may want to work on, and going back into hypnosis will be one of the really powerful tools I can draw on with confidence.

“I had head and back pain. I listened to the Pain Relief with Hypnosis audio from MSP Hypnosis.
Now, the head and back pain are 90% gone.”

“My first experience with hypnosis was wonderful! Kevin explained everything that would happen and made me very comfortable. We set clear goals and made a plan on how to accomplish them. After the hypnosis I felt calm and refreshed. I loved it.”
