The other day, a woman asked me, “What’s the main reason that people use hypnosis?”

I replied, “It’s different for everyone.” I then explained that hypnosis is “you deciding to intentionally and beneficially utilize your own subconscious mind in effective new ways.” Clients utilize hypnosis to lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better, improve athletic and work performance, and stop smoking.

I regularly use hypnosis for weight loss.  More specifically, I use the Virtual Gastric Band hypnosis program and am delighted with the results.  Before hypnosis I weighed 231.5 pounds and I had an unhealthy BMI.  I now weigh 181.5, I have a healthy BMI, and the blood results returned after my last physical reflected my improved health. My wife jokes that I’m narrower and thinner. We laugh when I walk around the house and formerly tight pants slide downwards.

Here is a list of my education, training, and credentials.
